Ingredients List
  1. 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  2. Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
  3. 1 tbsp. olive oil
  4. 10 fresh basil leaves, divided
  5. 4 large ripe plum tomatoes *, sliced
  6. 8 slices buffalo mozzarella
  7. 8 red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

1. Process Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, lemon peel, lemon juice, olive oil and 5 basil leaves in blender at high speed until smooth; set aside.

2. Arrange plum tomatoes and mozzarella on serving plate. Top with cherry tomatoes, drizzle with Mayonnaise dressing and garnish with remaining basil leaves, torn.
