Ingredients List
- 1 medium lemon
- 3 medium beets *, scrubbed, peeled and julienned (1/8 - x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
- 3 tbsp Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cubed feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Dash ground black pepper
Directions
Print1. From the lemon, grate enough peel to measure 1/2 teaspoon and squeeze juice; set aside.
