Ingredients List
  1. 1 medium lemon
  2. 3 medium beets *, scrubbed, peeled and julienned (1/8 - x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
  3. 3 tbsp Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  4. 1/4 cup cubed feta cheese
  5. 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
  6. Dash ground black pepper

1. From the lemon, grate enough peel to measure 1/2 teaspoon and squeeze juice; set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients, including lemon juice and peel, in medium bowl.
