- 1 hamburger bun
- 1/4 cup chili, prepared

Directions
Print1. Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add a small amount of neutral oil.
2. Add a squirt of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise / Best Foods Real Mayonnaise to each side of the patty, then place in the pan to sear.
3. Cook the burger to your liking, and add the cheese on top. Spread more mayonnaise on the inside of each half of the buns, and add to the pan to toast.
4. To build the burger, add more Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise / Best Foods Real Mayonnaise to the bottom bun. Top with the patty, the chili, and slices of red onion. Add more mayonnaise to the top bun before adding.
