  2. 3 ounces sushi grade salmon fillet or tuna steak, diced
  3. 1/4 each sliced avocado, diced mango, matchstick cut carrots, shredded red cabbage, seaweed salad and shelled edamame
  4. 1 tsp. black and white sesame seeds
  5. 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
