Ingredients List
  1. 1/4 cup margarine
  2. 1/4 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup cream cheese
  4. 3 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  5. 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  6. 1 medium cucumber
  7. 1 cup water
  8. 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  9. 1/4 cup sugar
  10. 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill, divided
  11. 4 slices artisan bread or country-style bread
  12. 1/2 lb. thinly sliced smoked salmon

1. Melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat, then stir in sour cream, cream cheese and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with wire whisk. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until very smooth. Stir in lemon juice; turn into small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

2. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice into very thin strips; set aside.

3. Bring water, vinegar and sugar to a boil in small saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Add cucumber and 1 Tbsp. dill. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Drain.

4. Spread bread with cream cheese spread, then top with salmon, pickled cucumber and remaining dill.
