  4. 8 large eggs , hard boiled , cooled and peeled
  5. 8 slices milk bread or white bread

1. Combine Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayo, salt and sugar in medium bowl.

2. Chop hard boiled eggs and stir into Mayonnaise mixture until well combined and creamy.

3. Divide egg mixture evenly over 4 slices of bread. Drizzle with additional Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayonnaise, if desired. Top with the remaining bread and serve.
