Ingredients List
- 1 box (16 oz.) fusilli pasta or bow tie pasta
- 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh oregano leaves *, chopped
- 2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives or Greek olives
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2/3 cup cubed feta cheese
Directions
Print1. Cook fusilli according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, oregano and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in cucumber, onion, tomatoes and olives. Add fusilli and spinach; toss. Top with feta.
