Ingredients List
  1. 1 cup fresh spinach
  2. 1/2 avocado
  3. 1/2 apple
  4. 1 heaped tablespoon Pukka Herbs' Essential Spirulina Powder
  5. 1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  8. 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  9. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  10. 1 cup almond milk
  11. fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
  12. 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut (optional)

1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender (or food processor) and process until smooth.

2. Poor into two glasses and enjoy with your work out buddy.

3. Tip: Add a little less almond milk to turn this recipe into a smoothie bowl. You can even sprinkle with desiccated coconut and fresh blueberries if you’re looking to impress.
