One Pot Creamy Pasta
Got any veggies left in your fridge begging to be eaten? Add them to this creamy pasta!
- 1 jar Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayo Spread and Dressing
Directions
Print1. Choose a base: Choose your favorite pasta: penne, fusilli, macaroni, or use the leftover pasta you’ve already cooked.
2. Use up your vegetables and fruits: Add some colorful bell peppers, sweet onions, broccoli, tomato, spinach or any veggies you have left in the fridge.
3. Add a protein: Add some well-seasoned chicken strips, beef or bacon. Feel free to use any plant-based option if you would prefer! Freshly cooked or leftover, it does not matter.
4. Bring it all together, then add the magic touch: Spoon in a few dollops of delicious Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread into the pan with your veggies and protein; add your pasta and toss. Add the magic touch. (Choose some lemon juice and zest, fresh ground pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.)
