  2. cup Maille horseradish Mustard or Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
  3. tbsp olive oil
  4. 1 tsp lemon juice
  5. 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme

1. Pat zucchini “noodles” with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

2. Mix Maille® Horseradish Mustard and olive oil in large nonstick skillet and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add zucchini “noodles” and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and thyme
