Vanilla & Berry Rolled Ice Cream Recipe
Cool, creamy, and bursting with berry goodness—this easy vanilla rolled ice cream is as fun to make as it is to eat!
Ingredients List
- Breyers Homemade Vanilla
- mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries are all good options!)
- Other toppings like crushed cookies, chocolate chips and chocolate sauce (optional)
Directions
Print1. Let your Breyers ice cream sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. This will make it easier to spread.
2. Make sure your baking sheet or flat tray is ice cold (leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior). Use a spatula to spread the ice cream evenly over a flat surface, aiming for about ⅛ inch thickness.
3. Place the tray in the freezer and let it firm up for 1-2 hours, or until the ice cream is solid.
4. Once frozen, use your spatula to scrape and roll the ice cream into tight cylinders.
5. Place the rolls in a bowl or cup, and top with berries and your favorite toppings.
