  1. 1/2 cup Sir Kensington's classic mayonnaise
  2. 3 tbsps lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tbsps sugar
  4. 1 tbsp red onion finely minced
  5. 1 teaspoon black pepper cracked
  6. salt to taste
  7. 4 baby kosher dill pickles finely chopped
  8. 1 tbsp fresh dill minced
  9. 2 cans wild planet skipjack wild tuna
  10. 2 teaspoons Sir Kensington's Dijon mustard
  11. 1/2 cup *Panko*
  12. zest of 1 lemon
  13. 1 tbsp water
  14. 2 tbsps parsley chopped
  15. 2 tbsps fresh scallions thinly sliced
  16. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  17. 1 egg
  18. 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  19. 1/2 teaspoon butter

1. Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, sugar, red onion, black pepper and salt in a medium mixing bowl and whisk.

2. Add finely chopped pickles and minced dill.

3. Let chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
