- 1 tsp Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 biscuit bun
- 1 all beef patty, cooked
- 1 slice white American cheese
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 handful arugula
Directions
Print1. To make the biscuit buns: Preheat the oven to 450ºF. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar. Cut in the frozen butter pieces gradually, stopping when there are pea-sized pieces throughout the dough. Mix in the milk and egg. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, and knead, folding the dough 10-15 times. Shape to a 1” thickness, and use a 3.25” biscuit cutter to make rounds. Place on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops of each biscuit with the Hellmann's ® Real Mayonnaise or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise, then bake 15 minutes, or until golden on top.
2. Slice the biscuit bun in half, and add a drizzle of Hellmann's ® Real Mayonnaise or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise to both halves.
3. On the bottom bun, add the patty, cheese, tomato, and arugula, then sandwich closed with the top bun. Enjoy!
