- 8 cups crusty bread cubes
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup lowfat shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Cups coarsely chopped baby spinach
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 4 green onions, chopped (about 1/3 cup)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup Hellmann's® Chicken Tender Buttermilk Ranch Mayonnaise Style Dip
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C). Grease 13x9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish.
2. Spread half of bread cubes evenly in prepared dish. Combine Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle half of cheese mixture over bread cubes in dish. Sprinkle spinach evenly over cheese layer. Top with tomatoes, green onions, remaining bread cubes and remaining cheese mixture.
3. Whisk eggs with milk and Hellmann's® Buttermilk Ranch, pour evenly over baking dish contents pressing lightly to submerge. Cover and chill 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
4. Bake 45-50 minutes or until puffed, crusty and golden. Serve immediately.
