- 100 grams of shrimp
- salt to taste
- 1/2 onion julienned
- 1/2 cup of green beans chopped
- 1 Roma tomato chopped
- 1 tsp of Knorr Tamarind Soup Mix
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 2 cup of cooked rice
- green onions for garnish
Directions
Print1. Cook your shrimp over medium heat until just about cooked through, then set aside.
2. Oil the pan, sauté the onions until translucent and soft.
3. Add in the tomatoes and green beans, and sauté until the tomatoes release their juices, about 5-7 mins.
4. Season with Knorr® Tamarind Soup Mix, fish sauce, and sugar. Add in the rice and cooked shrimp. Toss until well combined. Season according to preference.
