Ingredients List
  1. 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
  2. 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, roughly chopped
  3. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  4. 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  5. 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  6. 1 pkg (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
  7. 1/2 cup Hellmann's Chicken Tender Garlic Parmesan Mayonnaise Style Dip
  8. 1/3 cup light sour cream
  9. 1 cup part skim shredded mozzarella

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and crushed red pepper flakes and cook until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Stir in wine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, about 10 minutes or until liquid amount is reduced by about half, to about ½ cup.

3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, Hellmann’s® Garlic Parmesan and sour cream until well blended. Stir in ½ cup of the mozzarella and hot shrimp mixture until well blended. Place in a 1-quart baking dish and evenly sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

4. Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Then, place under a broiler for a few minutes to get top lightly browned. Serve immediately garnished, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley and your favorite dippers.
