Ingredients List
  1. Garlic and herb dressing:
  2. 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Garlic Mayo Aioli Dip and Spread
  3. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  4. 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  5. Salad:
  6. 1 lb. orzo pasta, cooked and cooled
  7. 1 can (15 oz.)  chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  8. 1 package (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped, (about 6 cups)
  9. 1 large red bell pepper, diced (1 cup)
  10. 1/2 seedless cucumber, diced (1 cup)
  11. 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  12. 1/3 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives

1. To make the garlic and herb dressing, stir the garlic aioli, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano in large bowl until blended.

2. Add salad ingredients to the bowl with the garlic and herb dressing and toss to mix and coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
