Ingredients List
  1. 2 tbsp minced garlic
  2. 1 tbsp dried Italian herb blend
  3. 1 tbsp Knorr® Chicken Flavor Base, divided
  4. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  5. 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp vegetable oil, divided
  6. 1 cup long grain white rice
  7. 2 cups water
  8. 1 pint grape tomatoes
  9. 4 oz baby spinach leaves

1. Combine garlic, dried herb blend and 2 tsp Knorr Chicken Flavor Base in bowl; rub mixture on chicken to coat completely.

2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning occasionally until browned, about 4 minutes. Remove to plate and set aside.

3. Heat remaining 2 tsp oil in same skillet and sauté rice until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Add water and remaining Knorr Chicken Flavor Base and bring to a boil.

4. Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Place chicken on top; cover and continue cooking until the water is fully absorbed, rice is tender, and chicken is fully cooked, about 18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
