Ingredients List
  1. 4 chocolate chip cookies (or any cookies of your choice))
  2. 1.5 teaspoons culinary matcha powder
  3. 1 tablespoon warm water
  4. 4 scoops Breyers® Homemade Vanilla ice cream

1. Place the Breyers Homemade Vanilla ice cream in the refrigerator for about 15–30 minutes to soften slightly. This makes it easier to mix.

2. In a small bowl, combine the matcha powder with the warm water. Stir well until the mixture forms a smooth, lump-free paste.

3. Transfer half of the softened ice cream into a mixing bowl. Add the matcha paste and mix with a spatula until thoroughly combined. Then, add the remaining ice cream and continue mixing until the color is uniform.

4. Place the matcha-infused ice cream back into the freezer for about 1 hour, or until it firms up to a scoopable consistency.

5. Lay two cookies on a parchment-lined tray and scoop two generous spoonfuls of the matcha ice cream onto each cookie.

6. Top with the remaining cookies and gently press to form sandwiches.

7. Serve and enjoy!
