Ingredients List
  1. 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 pound fresh boneless skinless chicken breast cut lengthwise into thin slices
  3. 8 ounces grape tomatoes halved
  4. 5 cups water
  5. 2 packages of Knorr Pasta Sides - Marinara
  6. 3 cups baby spinach leaves
  7. 1/4 cup heavy cream

1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook, tossing occasionally, until chicken is lightly browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes; remove to bowl and set aside.

2. Add tomatoes to skillet and toss over high heat 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to a boil.

3. Stir in 2 pkgs. Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Marinara sides and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 13 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach, cream and chicken and toss just until spinach starts to wilt. Serve with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
