Ingredients List
  1. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Tomato with Chicken Bouillon
  4. 2/3 cup warm water
  5. 1 envelope active dry yeast
  6. 1 tsp. baking powder
  7. 2 Tbsp. olive oil, plus more for baking sheet
  8. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  9. 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  10. 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  11. 1/3 cup torn fresh basil leaves, (optional)

1. For the dough, mix the flours with Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor in bowl. Pour onto work surface; make a deep wide hole in the center and add a little warm water, the yeast, baking powder and olive oil. Let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Add the rest of the water little by little and knead until you have a soft and elastic consistency, adding more flour if dough is sticky. Form into a ball and place in large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 45 minutes.

3. Preheat oven to 400 °. Lightly grease large baking sheet with olive oil. Roll dough into a large round or oblong shape to fit into pan. Spread with pizza sauce and top with tomatoes, then sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned on bottom and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Cut into wedges and enjoy.
