  1. 6 large eggs
  2. 350 g pork mince
  3. 2 tbsps Maille gluten-free wholegrain mustard
  4. 1 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil

1. In a food processor add the mince meat, olive oil and mustards and process until the mince is smooth and seperate into 6 even balls

2. Place the eggs at room temperature in boiling water for 5 minutes, then place in ice cold water for 10 minutes
