- 4 (4 oz. ea.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 1/2 tsp. Knorr® Granulated Chicken Bouillon divided
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 package (10 oz.) grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (8 oz.) no salt added tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 packed cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions
Print1. Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1 1/2 tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon, then coat with flour, shaking off excess.
2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 6 minutes, turning once, until browned. Remove to a plate and set aside.
3. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same skillet over high heat and cook tomatoes, tossing occasionally until browned in spots, about 1 minute. Add garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
4. Stir in tomato sauce, water, heavy cream, remaining 1 tsp. Bouillon, oregano and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Return chicken to skillet and cook over medium heat, turning chicken occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Add spinach and toss until wilted.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with basil.
