Ingredients List
  1. 4 pcs fresh red tomatoes / orange tomatoes
  2. 2 big carrots peeled
  3. 2 celery stalks
  4. 1/2 cucumber peeled
  5. 2 pcs red paprika
  6. 1 lemon juice
  7. 5 tbsps Maille wholegrain mustard

1. Cut the tomatoes, carrots, celery, cucumber and paprika into small pieces and put them into a blender.

2. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.

3. Add 1 tbs Maille Wholegrain mustard and mix well.

4. Fry the remaining Maille Wholegrain mustard in some oil on medium heat for 5 minutes our until golden brown and crispy.

5. Pour the gazpacho in glasses and add the crispy fried mustard.
