- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 4 ounces snow peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cups water
- 1 package Knorr® Chicken Rice Side
Directions
Print1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook green onions with garlic 30 seconds. Stir in snow peas, broccoli, 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and ginger. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes; remove and set aside.
3. Stir water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor and remaining 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce into same skillet, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in vegetable mixture and chicken.
