Cook up Knorr’s delicious Garlic & Herb Artichoke Mac & Cheese made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!

Ingredients List
  1. 12 ounces shell pasta
  2. 4 cups milk
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  5. 1 package Knorr ® Garlic Herb sauce mix
  6. 1 tsp. kosher salt
  7. 1 cup Reese® Artichoke Hearts, chopped, plus additional, quartered, for garnish
  8. 2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella shredded cheese
  9. chopped fresh parsley and chives (optional)

1. Add pasta, milk and water to a large pot and cook on medium-high heat uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

2. Once pasta is fully cooked, lower heat to low and add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix and salt. Stir to combine.

3. Add chopped Reese® Artichoke Hearts and vegan mozzarella-style shreds. Stir until cheese melts. Garnish, if desired with quartered Reese® Artichoke Hearts and chopped parsley and chives.
