Garlic & Herb Artichoke Mac & Cheese
Cook up Knorr’s delicious Garlic & Herb Artichoke Mac & Cheese made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!
Ingredients List
- 12 ounces shell pasta
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
- 1 package Knorr ® Garlic Herb sauce mix
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup Reese® Artichoke Hearts, chopped, plus additional, quartered, for garnish
- 2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella shredded cheese
- chopped fresh parsley and chives (optional)
Directions
Print1. Add pasta, milk and water to a large pot and cook on medium-high heat uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Once pasta is fully cooked, lower heat to low and add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix and salt. Stir to combine.
3. Add chopped Reese® Artichoke Hearts and vegan mozzarella-style shreds. Stir until cheese melts. Garnish, if desired with quartered Reese® Artichoke Hearts and chopped parsley and chives.
