  1. 1 tbsp Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  2. 1/3 cup black beans, rinsed
  3. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  4. 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  6. 1/4 cup arugula
  7. 1/2 avocado, sliced
  8. 1/3 cup beansprouts

1. In a large bowl, combine the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise / Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, the beans, breadcrumbs, tomato, and parsley. Mix together until well incorporated.

2. Form the mixture into a patty.

3. Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add a small amount of neutral oil.

4. Sear the black bean patty on both sides, then remove from the pan.

5. To build the burger, add Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise / Best Foods Real Mayonnaise to the bottom bun, followed by the arugula, patty, avocado slices, and the sprouts. Add more mayonnaise to the top bun before adding.
