Cook up Knorr’s delicious From-The-Deep Fish Cakes made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!

Ingredients List
  1. 1 lb. flounder fillets or tilapia fillets, finely chopped
  2. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  6. 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
  7. 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  8. 1/4 cup margarine
  9. 1 package Knorr ® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter, prepared according to the instructions on the packaging

1. Combine all ingredients except margarine and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter in large bowl. Shape into 4 large patties or 12 small patties.

2. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat and cook patties 10 minutes or until golden brown and fish is cooked, turning once. Serve with hot rice sides.
