Florentine Garlic Shell Soup
A delicious and nutritious soup with garlic, spinach, and pasta shells. Easy to make and perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients List
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 package Knorr® Creamy Garlic Pasta Side
Directions
Print1. Melt margarine in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in red pepper and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Add broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Creamy Garlic Shells and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 11 minutes or until pasta is tender. Garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
