Elote Corn (Mexican Chili Lime Street Corn)
Grilled corn slathered in chili lime mayonnaise, topped with cojita cheese and spices. A delicious Mexican street food favorite!
Ingredients List
- 4 ears corn on the cob, shucked and silks removed
- 4 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® and Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing
- 4 Tsp. grated cotija cheese
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Print1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook corn on grill turning frequently, about 10 minutes or until corn is crisp-tender and lightly charred. Remove to serving platter.
2. Evenly spread the surface of each ear of corn with Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing; then evenly sprinkle with cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
3. Serve immediately, with additional drizzle of Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing, if desired.
