Indulge in a luscious blend of bold espresso and rich Magnum ice cream with this easy Double Caramel Espresso Martini recipe. Perfect for an unforgettable after-dinner treat.

  1. 2 ounces coffee liqueur
  2. 2 ounces vodka
  3. 2 ounces espresso coffee
  4. 1/2 cup ice
  5. 2 Magnum® Mini Double Caramel Ice Cream Bars
  6. Coffee beans for garnish

1. Add coffee liqueur, vodka, espresso, and ice to a cocktail shaker.  To make this caramel espresso martini alcohol-free, simply skip the vodka and coffee liqueur, and add an extra shot of espresso and a shot of salted caramel syrup.

2. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill and froth.

3. Strain mixture into two martini glasses.

4. Add a Magnum Mini Double Caramel bar to each glass.

5. Garnish with coffee beans.
