Ingredients List
  1. 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  2. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. 2 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  5. 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
  6. 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  7. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  8. 6 slices country-style bread

1. Combine cucumber, olive oil and lemon juice in medium bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove cucumber and pat dry. Set aside.

2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cream cheese, dill and black pepper in small bowl. Spread Mayonnaise mixture on bread slices, then top with cucumber and remaining bread slices, Mayonnaise-side down. Cut each sandwich in thirds.
