- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 6 slices country-style bread
Directions
Print1. Combine cucumber, olive oil and lemon juice in medium bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove cucumber and pat dry. Set aside.
2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cream cheese, dill and black pepper in small bowl. Spread Mayonnaise mixture on bread slices, then top with cucumber and remaining bread slices, Mayonnaise-side down. Cut each sandwich in thirds.
