  1. 2 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  2. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  3. 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  5. 1/2 medium cucumber, seeded and sliced
  6. 1/2 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  7. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  8. 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  9. 10 pitted ripe olives or Greek olives
  10. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  11. 1 medium beefsteak tomato, sliced
  12. 1/2 cup cubed feta cheese

1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil and oregano in large bowl. Add cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives and mint; stir.

2. Arrange sliced tomato on serving plate, then top with vegetable mixture and feta cheese. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped mint.
