- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced
- 2 medium celery ribs, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Knorr Roasted Chicken Premium Flavor Base
- 2 ounces uncooked egg noodles
Directions
Print1. Heat oil in 2 to 4-qt. pot over medium-high heat and cook chicken until it is lightly browned on all sides, about 3-5 minutes.
2. Add onion, carrots and celery, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
3. Add water and bring to a boil. Add Knorr Premium Flavor Base, Roasted Chicken and stir in noodles; reduce heat and boil gently until noodles are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 7 minutes.
