Ingredients List
  1. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  2. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  3. 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  4. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves
  5. 1 small chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cup olive oil
  7. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

  9. 4 hot dog buns, split and lightly toasted (if desired)
