Chili Lime Salmon with Mango Salsa

Ingredients List
- 1 lb. salmon or mahi mahi
- 7 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing, divided
- 1 mango, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup diced cherry or grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. diced red onion or sliced scallion
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and place salmon on baking sheet. Brush ¼ cup of the Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing on salmon and bake 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, combine mango, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion and remaining 3 Tbsp. Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing in bowl. Spoon over baked salmon and serve with rice or quinoa.
