- 1 1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 1 1/2 tsp Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon Granulated
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil, divided
- 12 whole wheat slider bun
- 3 slices of reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 slices tomato
- 12 piece lettuce
Directions
Print1. Combine ground beef, onion and Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon in medium bowl until well blended.
2. Evenly divide ground beef mixture into 12 portions and form into small patties, approximately 2 oz. each.
3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook burgers 4 minutes. Turn burgers and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
4. Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
