Ingredients List
  1. 1 lb. lean ground beef
  2. 1 small onion, finely chopped, (about 1/2 cup)
  3. 1 large tomato, chopped
  4. 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Beef Bouillon Cubes
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1/2 cup raisins
  7. 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
  8. 12 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  9. 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds, (optional)

Directions

1. Brown beef with onion in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in tomato and Knorr® Selects Beef Bouillon and cook 2 minutes. Stir in water, raisins and olives and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Evenly fill lettuce leaves with beef mixture. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted slivered almonds.
