Ingredients List
  1. 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  2. 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  3. 1 tsp. fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1 tsp. Maille® Old Style Mustard
  7. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1. COMBINE lemon juice, onion and tarragon in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is almost tender, about 3 minutes.

2. REDUCE heat to low, then whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, just until heated through, about 3 minutes.

3. SERVE, if desired, with steaks, roast beef, cutlets or chops.
