The air fryer will make these potatoes as crunchy and delicious as French fries but with much less oil.

- 2 medium baking potatoes, about 1 lb., cut into sticks or wedges
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Chicken Bouillon or 1 cube, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions
Print1. Soak potatoes in large bowl in enough water to cover. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes; then drain them and dry them very well. Wipe bowl dry.
2. Return potatoes to bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon; toss until well coated.
3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400°. Stir and cook 5 more minutes until they are well cooked on the inside and a little golden and crispy on the outside. If necessary, let them cook for a few more minutes.
4. Remove from fryer and serve. Sprinkle a little chopped fresh parsley on top and you're done!
