2020 DeCA Commissary LED TV Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL UNITED STATES CITIZENS REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY RESIDE, 18 OR OVER WHO ARE AUTHORIZED DECA COMMISSARY SHOPPERS AS OF APRIL 30, 2019.

  1. Sweepstakes Period: DeCA Commissary LED TV Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2020 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
  1. Eligibility: Open to legal United States citizens, regardless of where they reside, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry who are authorized DeCA Commissary shoppers as of April 30, 2020. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively the “Sponsor and its Administrators”), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA®”), CBS Broadcasting, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., its affiliates, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
  1. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit one of the select DeCA Commissary locations and complete the required registration information on the Sweepstakes entry form (the “Entry Form”) and submit it into the in-store ballot box (the “Ballot Box”) for one (1) entry into the corresponding DeCA Commissary Sweepstakes Drawing only (the “Entry”). All eligible Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2020. The person listed on the Entry Form will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). All Entries must be complete to be eligible. All Entries become property of the Sponsor.
  1. Random Drawings: One (1) Grand Prize Winner per participating DeCA Commissary (10 total), will be selected in separate random drawings on or about July 15, 2020, from among all eligible Entries received from each participating DeCA Commissary. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received per DeCA Commissary. The random drawings will be conducted by a Sponsor-selected independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail, email, and/or phone. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
  1. Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”): Grand Prize (10 total, 1 per participating DeCA Commissary): One (1) Sponsor-specified LED Television (ARV: $2,500 each). Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/email address. The ARV of  prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prizes are awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.
